Role Description
The Quorum is seeking a full-time Manager Human Resources for its Mumbai location. The Manager Human Resources will be responsible for leading the Human Resources department and driving all HR strategies, policies, and initiatives. They will work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless HR operations.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as an HR manager or relevant role
• Comes from hospitality industry
• Excellent knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and laws
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• has demonstrated excellent recruitment skills
• Ability to handle employee relations issues with diplomacy and tact
• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
• Ability to analyze and report on HR metrics
• Familiarity with HR software and tools for managing HR operations
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
