Significant experience leading human resources teams to deliver a range of HR functions and services.
Excellent working knowledge of legislative and policy frameworks that apply to effective workforce management and ability to apply this knowledge to provide high quality advice.
Demonstrated ability to build trust and respect within their team and with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience and willingness to work flexibly, solve problems and drive innovation across a range of HR functions.
High level integrity and a commitment to the APS and ACMA values including a commitment to promoting physical and psychological safety.
A tertiary qualification in human resources or a related discipline is highly desirable
