1. Own the hiring and org-building process independently along with the founder
2. Own the culture and constantly strive to maintain the best
3. Design and lead the appraisal and career progression process
4. Drive all employee and workplace-related events and programs
5. Design and execute all employee-related communications
6. Be a champion for all our employees and support them wherever needed

- Should have exposure to handling Hiring + HR processes
- Experience of working in early-stage startups is a huge preference
- Experience: Max 4-6 years of experience in people functions, with hands-on work on culture
- Interest to be a part of a Seed Staged org and building the company bottoms up
