We have an opening for the position of HR Digital with one of the biggest conglomerate based in Mumbai.
Experience: - 2 to 5 years
Managing Digital HR/HR technology projects.
Understanding of HR Systems, Conversational AI (Chatbots), NLP & RPA.
Knowledge on Artificial Intelligence & Intelligent Automation in HR domain.
Understanding of business case creation & Technology Project lifecycle.
Knowledge of Project Management principles & the challenges of managing large scale technology projects.
Experience of implementing chatbot or RPA bots is preferred.
Having experience into HR automation
