Responsibilities
Develops and implements state-of-the-art people management practices, HR solutions and strategies
Drives change management projects and manages the HR related communication regionally
Identifies and prepares development plans for the key employees and high potential employees
Steers salary review process for relevant MC levels regionally
Conducts and steers recruitment and succession planning as well as recommending training for MC level regionally
Manages organizational design and supports recruitment activities for talents regionally
Coordinates performance and talent management process and acts as moderator regionally
Manages promotion process for MC levels
Drives understanding of regional HR and business priorities
Steers retention management regionally
Leads the design, development, activation and evaluation of processes to support HR strategies
Facilitate and support organizational change initiatives across the region
Address complex employee relations issues and provide guidance to local HRBPs

The salary for this role is $88,000.00 - $100,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
