Gathering market intelligence related to high potential markets
Appointment of local partners in target market
Orientation and conditioning of Local partner on company products
Approval of company samples and cables in target markets
Direct utility tender participation in respective utilities for B2G sales
Exploring opportunities for secondary market business or un-solicited business
Regular international visits to target markets, at least 3-4 times in a year
Arranging the visit of utility officials to company for FAT
Getting the type test reports from CPRI as per the local specs
Participation in exhibitions in target market/ region
Sales Management:
Timely approval of the technical inputs like GTP & Drawings from the customer
Ensuring timely release of the design sheet for planning and production
Establishing the payment instrument like LC as per agreed payment terms
Arranging clearance of goods during inspection by third Party/ utility officials
Liaisioning with execution team for timely dispatch of material
Due redressal of technical and commercial issues at the client side
Sharing the learnings of each project execution with all internal
