Job Description
- Provide targeted training to individuals to help them strengthen their interpersonal, Communication & Speaking skills
- Selecting or creating appropriate learning materials (Slide presentations, TNA based content) as per dynamic needs for instructional purposes
- Monitoring the effectiveness of training materials and keeping the content upto date
- Assessing the weaknesses and strengths of individuals and adjusting training as needed
- Performing administrative tasks such as scheduling & coordinating trainings, Reporting & Analysis
- Will be aligned as a Soft skills coach / trainer in accordance to the training requirement in a 24/7
- Ensure successful execution of training needs including resource planning and measuring program training effectiveness
- Utilize effective presentation and facilitation skills for identified CRM skills, Voice and Accent Neutralization and/ or Culture content including creative training techniques
- Responsible for on-going classroom/ on-floor observations of focus groups, providing guidance, mentoring and support that focuses on performance improvement
- Monitor and ensure completion of daily training administrative work such as timekeeping, and other administrative tasks as required in a timely and accurate manner
- Good Communication, Interpersonal skills & Coordination skills
Location - Mumbai
Minimum 8 years of experience
Package upto 16 lac
Candidate from NBFC and Banking sector must be preferred
