One of our Client reputed company is looking for Manager Leases Transaction for Bangalore Location JD: BE /Any graduate with 10 to 15 years of experience in Leases transaction from reputed company. Responsibilities:
• Coordinates various transaction activities on regional scope incl. managing lease contracts including Commercial Leasing, Residential premises and service contracts with service providers including Third party logistics and Transaction projects involving Location Concept, Financially data Analysis, Negotiation and Coordination for Industrial, Commercial & Residential leasing.
• Coordinates different aspects of Leases & Transaction Project Management including project budgeting and scheduling, Risk Management and with a focus on Life Cycle approach
• Initiates and fosters business relationships with investors, developers, consultants and landlords including internal Stakeholders aligning with organizational growth strategies and development.
• Supports others with market data on real estate objects, Real Estate Financing and Management ,property investment, development and financing processes, market analysis, financial analysis including property valuation,capital markets, locations etc.
• Supports Global and Regional team with data on Leases & Transactions
• Be part of the strategic assignments for developing long term Business capabilities and contributing in Real estate strategies for land Acquisition, leasing and Construction including Built to Suit & Plug & Play
