Job Summary:
This role is for a compliance and legal manager in the Compliance Team reporting functionally to the Company Secretary and administratively to the CFO responsible for ensuring and monitoring all compliances of the company (excluding Taxation, Companies Act and SEBI)
Primary Responsibilities:
• 1. Drafting and conveyancing all agreements, deeds, MOUs, etc.
• Responsible for all returns under applicable laws
• Maintaining all statutory registers under applicable laws
• Liasoning with all government authorities
• Liasoning with relevant consultants for the litigation for group for all matters excluding tax, companies act, and SEBI matters and monitoring of the same
• Application and renewal of all applicable licenses
Qualifications & Experience:
• Miniumum qualitification of LLB from reputed institute recognized by Bar Council
• With minimum 5+ years of practical experience in manufacturing entity
• Specialized and proficient in labor laws, environment law, industrial law and land & property matters
• Sharp, analytical and good communication
• Strong in Excel, Powerpoint and knowledge of MS Office
• Experience in drafting and conveyancing
• Having worked in a manufacturing organization and listed company is a plus
