Manager - Legal Claims (MACT)
1) Effective review of legal claims including high value claims.
2) Adherence to internal processes and external regulations.
3) Ensure effective implementation of processes set by corporate office.
4) Preparation of repository on Legal developments and enactments and sharing with the team.
6) Maintain the stages of the claims and have a close co-ordination with lawyers handling high value claims.
7) Monitor grounds of contest and ensure effective evidence in court
Internal : Various departments dealing in claim
External : Courts, Lawyers, Surveyors etc
