We have a suitable opening in the L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty Division for the role of Manager – Medical Training, based in Mumbai. You should have a relevant experience of 7-8 years in this individual contributor role.
Key Responsibilities:
The role of the Manager – Medical Training is to develop and organize medical teams’ training to guarantee operational excellence, manage medical business academy implementation and upskill the whole LDB division on medical topics. This incumbent will be responsible to manage the training agenda nationally for internal and external stakeholders.
• Organise training on products/services, scientific areas, brand and Divisional values, doctor-centric approach and the medical, competitive and regulatory environment
• Define the continuing training plan
• Implement and check on training plan delivery
• Design and validate training tools and content
• Manage and drive the training sessions
• Select teachers/coaches and training companies
• Define team objectives and follow-up, in line with Medical Management
• Assess team training needs
• Define educational objectives in line with brand/Divisional strategy
• Monitor, assess and carry out reporting on training
• Ensure training in internal and external ethical standards regarding relations with health professionals
• Carry out monitoring
• Regularly update contents and implement innovative pedagogical methods
• Ensure regulatory monitoring regarding mandatory training for targets

Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree, B. Pharma/Life sciences related
Work Experience:
• Total exp of at least 7 years with minimum 4 years of experience as a trainer
• Past experience of medical detailing is desirable
