What You Will Bring to the Team:
The Corporate Marketing Manager at Florence Healthcare will manage customer and industry events, community programs, public relations, analyst relations, and partnership marketing activities. This role requires a strong executor with a passion for building and nurturing processes that enable scalability and growth.
Responsibilities:
• Branded Event Management:
• Own and manage Florence's branded events, including the annual Research Revolution Summits.
• Oversee budgeting, event communications, design, scheduling, speaker management, vendor management and promotional strategy.
• Community Program Management:
• Manage Florence's community programs to effectively engage customers and target personas.
• Handle scheduling, communications, and content creation.
• Manage the Site Enablement League, a group of 100+ senior life science executives, in collaboration with our Chief Clinical Trial Officer (Chair of the Group), and oversee the Executive Advisory Board, composed of senior executive customers.
• Public Relations Management:
• Maintain and manage relationships with media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers.
• Ensure a regular cadence of engagements to enhance Florence's public presence.
• Analyst Relations Management:
• Coordinate and track analyst relations to keep key industry analysts informed and engaged.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry analysts.
• Partnership Marketing Management:
• Collaborate with partners to plan and execute co-marketing activities that drive mutual growth and brand awareness.
Qualifications:
• 4+ years of related work experience in marketing
• Experience managing innovative experiential events
• SaaS industry experience preferred
• Bachelor's Degree
