Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Manager of Financial Reporting, Consolidation, and Corporate Accounting to join our Finance team. This leadership role is responsible for the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of consolidated financial reporting, technical accounting research, and corporate accounting activities. The ideal candidate brings public accounting experience, deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, and a passion for continuous improvement. This position will play a key role in managing compliance activities, supporting audits, and coaching a high-performing team, while helping to enhance reporting systems and processes that drive strategic decision-making.

What You’ll Do:
Lead the preparation and review of monthly consolidated financial statements and related top-side journal entries.
Oversee the preparation and analysis of the statement of cash flows and supporting financial schedules.
Support quarterly reviews, annual audits, and monthly lender reporting through preparation and/or review of necessary documentation.
Prepare and review quarterly EBITDA and Non-GAAP financial measures.
Research and document technical accounting matters and help lead the implementation of new accounting standards.
Prepare and review journal entries and reconciliations related to corporate accounting, including long-term incentive compensation.
Draft and update quarterly technical memorandums and accounting position papers.
Manage and execute special projects including process improvements, accounting system enhancements, and reporting initiatives.
Coach, manage, and develop a team of 1–2 senior financial reporting analysts.
Compliance & Internal Controls:
Lead and rotate responsibilities related to SOX compliance and control documentation.
Partner with Internal Audit to maintain and update key control databases.
Manage the internal control sub-certification process in coordination with control owners.
Support the implementation of remediation efforts for any identified control gaps.
Provide financial reporting expertise and support across the organization as needed.
What You Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required.
4–6 years of accounting and financial reporting experience.
At least 3 years in public accounting (Big 4 preferred), with exposure to public company audits.
Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting standards, and internal controls.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead projects to completion.
Experience with Oracle/Hyperion (HFM/FDM or FCCS) and Workiva preferred.
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
