Job Summary:
As the Manager of BPO Sales for our Domestic Process, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand our customer base, increase revenue, and drive business growth. You will lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, motivation, and support to achieve and exceed targets. Your role will involve strategic planning, client relationship management, and ensuring the team's adherence to quality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
• Identify new market opportunities and trends to stay ahead of the competition.
Team Leadership:
• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
• Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide coaching and mentorship to team members.
Client Relationship Management:
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our BPO services.
Sales Performance Monitoring:
• Monitor and analyze sales metrics and KPIs to track team and individual performance.
• Develop action plans to address performance gaps and implement corrective measures.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
• Ensure that the sales team adheres to company policies, compliance standards, and ethical practices.
• Uphold a high level of service quality and customer satisfaction.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, forecasts, and market analysis for senior management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven track record of successful sales leadership and achieving sales targets in the BPO industry.
• Strong understanding of the domestic BPO market and its dynamics.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent team management and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• High level of adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach.
