Capex upload in SAP – Capex Project structuring in SAP based on approved AOP for the year including creation of WBS's and budget upload
• Budget Monitoring and WBS mapping against new projects under various verticals of ALD
• Monitoring of Capex – Monthly circulation of Capex Status, AOP Vs Actuals (YTD & FTM) to all departments
• Cost Control/Containment – Reviewing expenses cost centre-wise and department wise to control cost and evaluate various initiatives for cost reduction.
• Capitalization of Assets Created
• Physical verification of Fixed Assets
• Financial Analysis – Performing analysis of financial data and highlight the areas of improvement. Variance analysis of P&L and Balance Sheet.
• Cost Records Preparation-
• Prepare Quarterly and Annual cost records in SAP CO module Creation of annual theme for report and writing storyboard of DIAL based on theme
• Get the Cost records audited the Cost Auditor on Annual and half yearly
• Obtaining the Cost Certificate for Electricity/Water etc. from Independent Auditor on an annual basis
• Annually preparation of Terminal-wise costing.
• Preparation, Presentation and Analysis of information through graphs, charts, tables, etc.
• Creation of content keeping in view comprehensiveness of coverage of matters in the report
• Snapshot & highlights of DIAL for the year in review to give overall glimpse of Operational & Financial performance by way of info-graphics
• Seeking approvals from Management wherever required
• Vetting of information in the Annual Report from respective owners
• Special Projects/Initiatives - Support Senior management in driving & implementation of identified business excellence programs (Strategic Initiatives, CIP/BLIP/Kaizen) in the areas of process improvements, audits and implementation of audit points.
• Strategic Decisions – Providing data to Management for strategic decision making
• Adhoc Deleiverables :
• Support to various teams for monthly expense analysis
• DIAL Finance Functional SWOT and Strategy.
• Preparation of CFO PDM
• MIS Requirement to GCFO Office
• Preparation of Financial due diligence - Preliminary query list for GIL/GAL and its subsidiaries
• Cost Containment presentation
• Operational Parameters - ATM Vs. PAX analysis
• Preparation of Marketing fund Financials
• Analysis of Electricity Exp.
• Preparation and presentation of BE_finance presentation
• AERA Requirement - Consultancy Expenses Clarification
• Data input and participation in preparation of answer on Query raised by AERA
• Parliament Question Preparation of Passenger Related Revenue working
• Data input to treasury team for Renewal of insurance
• Regulatory :
• Understanding the Regulations governing the Tariffs of the company
• Co-ordinating with different stakeholders to work out the Multi Year Tariff Proposals for Airports
• Formulation of Regulatory Strategy
• Scenario Analysis, Cost benefit Analysis and management presentations
• Successful submission of application
