Required Skills
• Min 2 yrs of experience working as a Performance Marketing Associate or similar role
• Leverage paid channels to drive, website traffic, top funnel, lead velocity and conversions
• Solid and ongoing understanding of appropriate third-party tools, and ability to integrate these tools
• Proficiency in Ad Content Creation,
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Use a data-driven marketing strategy to identify trends/patterns and opportunities for innovation, and make optimization recommendations across the user’s journey
• Measure, track and report on performance marketing efforts through structured dashboards
• Must have managed a monthly budget above INR 25,00,000 + in paid media budget
• Fast learner in introducing new paid media channels.
