Roles and responsibilities:
Responsible for:
• Sales order receipt (Export or domesntic) from Sales team
• Performs order sanity check. In case of missing, unclear or wrong information, collaborates with relevant stakeholder or customer to ensure order correctness.
• Lead Order management team.
• Lead waste/rework reduction program.
• Lead manpower management
• Review it’s production plan and other relevant dispatch plans and communicate well to all departments.
• Closely collaborates with internal stakeholders of HODS from production, accounts, procurement, etc and external stakeholders such as logistics, etc to support on-time delivery to customer.
• To keep track of dispatch date for commercial orders and sample orders and proactively follow up with production team to ensure that the orders are dispatched on time. If there are any deviations, then proactively escalate and take corrective actions to resolve.
• Contributes to all logistics tasks in daily business/order execution, e.g., constraints solving and escalation management.
· Pre shipment inspection coordination.
· Communicate to internal & external customers on the updates on timely basis.
• Log customer complaints and ensure closure of complaints / queries as per agreed timelines.
• Drive Digital implementations over ERP - customize digital implementations of all production related plans. Train teams on digital tools implementation and
