Sepio is currently looking to add rock stars to its growing team based out of Mumbai. As a key member of the
team, you will take ownership of contributing to the growth of the business. More specifically, the roles and
responsibilities include:
1. Generating leads, engaging with customers to convince them on the solution
1.1. Generate and manage customer leads through cold calling, marketing campaigns, etc.
1.2. Provide product demos to prospects
1.3. Helping the sales team with necessary collaterals and proposals
2 Actively participate in driving sales and marketing strategy
2.1. Developing internal and external marketing materials and initiatives to achieve marketing plans.
2.2. Work directly with vendors, project managers, designers, social media, and content teams to design and
implement key marketing campaigns.
2.3. Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread both our brand and our content.
3. Managing tools, generating management reports and dashboards to achieve the business plan
3.1. Identifying sales and marketing tools to deliver the business plan
3.2. Generating management dashboards to collaborate effectively with management
Qualification:
• BE / BTech / BCA - Computer or IT specialization (Mandatory)
You should apply if:

• You have between 1 to 4 years of experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS sales or pre sales role.
• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (preferred)
