Job Title
Manager, Product Experience Design
Overview
• Identify solutions to customer-problems based on validated insights from User Research team.
• Experiment to validate ideas using best-practice methods. (moderated, unmoderated research using prototypes of varying fidelity)
• Create final deliverables based on validated hypothesis and deliver to Engineering partners
• Utilize effective Design patterns and usage
• Share the process of validating ideas based on experimentation with partners and peers
• Educate and lead peers and stakeholders on behalf of voice of customer
Role
• Take insights and build accurate problem statements. Gather and validate ideas and solutions from customers and cross-functional peers.
• Validate via rapid experimentation of prototypes and quantifying high-value hypothesis
• Apply and maintain design patterns to ensure consistency across products and platforms
• Liaise with regional and country teams to ensure that content strategy scales to the diversity of needs for a global user base.

Education
• BS degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Advanced degree preferred
• Specialized training/experience in creative writing, journalism, content strategy, Information or Interface Design preferred
Knowledge / Experience
• 10+ years of experience
• Advanced knowledge in the field
Skills / Abilities
• Strong command of content strategy deliverables such as: content audit/inventory/matrix, collaborative wireframing, proofreading and content development/management
• Ability to collaborate with UX designers and dev teams, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analysis and presentation skills with the ability to influence direction
Work Conditions
• Travel may be required, anticipated to be less than 10%
