Job Description
What You Will Do:
Responsible for leading transaction experience charter for Payouts (IMPS , NEFT , RTGS and UPI Payouts), Auto Collect & Verification Suite Products on behalf of Cashfree with key stakeholders in the payments industry
Develop and nurture relationships with internal teams- tech, product, finance, recon, customer service etc & external counterparts (Banks, NPCI etc) to ensure smooth daily operations
Develop a bird’s eye view for the team and lead efforts to structure operations by creating SOPs, setting up proactive notifications / alerts with an aim to optimize transaction success rate & latency
Coordinate with finance team to smoothen reconciliation process by acting as a process bridge with banks
Lead a team of 2-5 analysts, plan and forecast for team bandwidth, maximize team productivity
Work with data to help grow the business through interventions on product, technology & process improvements
Responsible for management of business reporting and any ad-hoc reporting from time to time
What You Will Need:
2-5 years of relevant work experience in product operations / analytics / business support roles in a dynamic and fast paced environment, preferably in B2B Fintech
Be agile and highly collaborative, communicate impressively
Strong analytical acumen and problem solving
Working knowledge of MS Excel & SQL
Customer first attitude with a strong execution bias
Be highly data-driven and adept at balancing needs with business goals
Be skilled in building and managing business alliances
Thrive in a competitive and a result-oriented work environment
