Job Description
Job Responsibilities of Ready shape (PCPF) Production in charge:
• Following, respecting & establishing all EHS guidelines, protocols etc. in workplace
• Ensuring healthy operation planning, monitoring productivity of equipment, manpower allocation of PCPF line on a daily basis.
• Monitoring of raw material in flow and product out flow of RDS.
• Mass balance of raw materials and finished goods, review of conversion factor & rejection, compliance with requirement of statutory stock taking audit etc.
• Energy efficiency monitoring of RDS. Review and optimizing power & fuel consumption of firing/ drying operation.
• Production activity at PCPF line right from raw material requirement, mould manufacturing, mixing, casting, drying & firing.
• Planning of production of RDS with optimum manpower & other resource utilisation.
• Reviewing drawing, calculating mould & raw material cost, correspondences with sales team, mould maker, anchor supplier etc for delivery time & manufacturing cost.
• Meeting statutory and regulatory norms like inspection of lifting tools & tackles, calibration of instruments, fire-fighting equipment availability, stock taking audit etc.
• SAP – PP module operation.
• Making production order for all PCPF products & RDS items
• Confirmation of production order
• Stock monitoring of all PCPF line products & RDS related raw materials, semi-finished items, fuel, consumables & finished goods.
• Cost control (raw material, labour, power, depreciation, packing cost etc) and cost analysis of products.
• Manpower allocation in SAP through correct cost Centre
• Electrical Power allocation in PCPF line work Centre.
Reporting:
• Daily operational data reporting pertaining to KPI of PCPF line.
• Headcount.
• Monthly files like KPI reconciliation, cost analysis of RDS.
• Monthly billing reconciliation of contractors
• Quality of RDS
• Monitoring of daily quality parameters of RDS items and taking suitable corrective action consulting with the laboratory.
• Keeping track of in process testing results of RDS like BD, Porosity, CCS, dimension etc of RDS and taking corrective action in case of deviation.
• Handling inspection of customers.
• Packing of RDS : Ensuring suitable & safe packaging of RDS items by coordinating with contractors.
Projects:
• New projects implementation as and when required.
• Execution of production trial and making report.
• OPEX & Quality Circle
• Implementation & active contribution in sustenance of 5S activity inside the plant.
• Rollout of OPEX initiatives in NRW.
• Visual management & Dashboard implementation at shop floor.
• ISO
• Compliance of ISO +001:2015 QMS requirements.
Profile/ Competencies:
Education, background, level of experience
Essential/Mandatory: BE/B.Tech - Ceramic / Mechanical with experience of 5-7 years
Preferred: Knowledge on PCPF or Monolithic production
