Job Description
As Manager/ r - GL Accounting at Zeta, you will manage the AP and GL function, oversee the month end balance sheet reconciliations process and SOX compliance, improve processes using ERP, coach and lead a team of 15 members, participate in strategic initiatives, and review variance analysis.
Skillset Required
• CA / CPA / MBA with 7-10 years of experience working with corporate accounting teams of US tech companies
• Managing the AP and GL function, deeply involved in the flow of transactions for the AP and GL process, fixed asset management, review of PCL and BS, calculation of various ratios, compilation/review of debt related covenants, review of credit card transactions etc.
• Process improvements including ERP to make processes more scalable and adaptable
A good problem solver with an eye on increasing productivity from the existing team is required. Leadership skills are necessary to take ownership and lead by example. Participating in strategic initiatives and contributing to them is essential, especially during major transactions like reorganization or due diligence for an acquisition. Ensuring no escalations and managing the audit process in the best possible manner is also crucial.
