Job Title: Permanent Staffing Manager
Location: Mumbai/ Ahmedabad

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Permanent Staffing Manager to lead and expand our permanent recruitment vertical. This role involves managing end-to-end delivery for permanent hiring mandates, driving P&L growth, client acquisition and retention, as well as mentoring a team of recruiters.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the permanent staffing division, ensuring achievement of business targets and delivery SLAs.
Manage client relationships, drive client satisfaction, and ensure repeat business.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue generation through new client acquisition.
Own and drive the P&L for the permanent staffing division; ensure profitability through effective planning and resource allocation.
Supervise, guide, and motivate a team of recruiters to meet hiring goals across sectors and industries.
Work closely with clients to understand hiring needs and build customized recruitment strategies.
Monitor recruitment metrics to assess and improve performance.
Keep up to date with industry trends and hiring best practices to maintain competitive edge.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or relevant field.
5–10 years of experience in recruitment/staffing
Proven experience managing teams and handling mid to senior-level mandates.
Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing strategies.
Ability to manage client expectations and deliver under pressure.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong business acumen with hands-on experience in budgeting and profitability analysis.
