Inventaa LED Lights Private limited ESTD 2006, pioneers in outdoor lighting in India. We have a manufacturing facility in Chennai with more than 250 employees. We have PAN India distribution of our Lighting products.
We are looking for an HR Manager & Recruiter to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes & to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.Ultimately, you will play an important part in building a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees.
Responsibilities
Design and update job descriptions
Source potential candidates from various online channels
Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
Screen incoming resumes and application forms
Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests.
Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
Collaborate with management in setting KPI and monitoring the same.
Develop a appraisal procedure.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Requirements and skills
Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter & HR Manager
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
Experience with sourcing techniques
Understanding of referral programs
Solid verbal and written communication skills
People oriented and results driven
Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Degree in Human Resources or related field
Job Type: Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
