Job Description
The Sales Manager will develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share for PVC heat stabilizers and related additives. This role involves managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with technical teams to provide tailored customer solutions in the plastics industry

1) Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales plans to reach and exceed sales targets for PVC stabilizers.
Qualifications
Specific experience in sales of PVC additives (stabilizers, impact modifiers, processing aids, etc.) is a strong advantage
5-10 yrs in PVC sales experience
· A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or a related technical/business field is preferred.
