As a Manager / Senior Manager in PR & Brand Communications, your role is crucial in strengthening the brand's presence and category leadership through driving consistent PR, content, and storytelling across various media platforms and employer branding initiatives. Your responsibilities will evolve based on your level of experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support and/or lead the execution of the company's PR and brand communication roadmap.
- Build and maintain relationships with key media profiles in architecture, workplace, CRE, PMC, and trade industries. (senior profiles will own this end-to-end)
- Assist in creating PR notes, media stories, and brand narratives for pitching.
- Monitor media coverage, platforms, and competitive visibility.

Content & Storytelling:
- Develop and create content across various platforms such as LinkedIn, website, case studies, and credentials.
- Produce project case studies, capability decks, and brand presentations.
- Manage LinkedIn content calendars, publishing, and engagement tracking.
- Ensure brand coherence, tone, and consistency across all touchpoints.

Thought Leadership & Platforms:
- Participate in awards, events, exhibitions, and industry platforms.
- Collaborate in awards submissions, panel participation, and thought leadership content.
- Coordinate shoots, photography, videography, and site documentation.

Employer Brand & Internal Communications:
- Support employer branding and talent marketing initiatives in partnership with HR.
- Generate content focusing on culture, people, and leadership narratives.
- Maintain brand assets and content libraries.

Coordination & Execution:
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and external agencies.
- Prepare decks, reports, shoot guides, and documentation.
- Track analytics, insights, and benchmarks to inform strategy.

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in brand messaging and storytelling.
- Strong PR writing and media communication skills.
- Experience in LinkedIn and digital communications.
- Ability to create case studies, credentials, and decks.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, PowerPoint, basic analytics, and reporting tools.
- Competence in research, benchmarking, and documentation.
