Description
The SEO Manager will be overseeing delivery, strategic vision and operational execution for all the departments:
• Lead all efforts and goals on all client campaigns for SEO
• Lead and manage all digital campaigns - from ideation to planning to optimization and performance analysis.
• Omnichannel Strategies Deployment - Customer Journey Mapping, Gap Analysis, Need Identification and Strategies and Solution
• Establish processes for monitoring, measurement and optimization through institutionalizing performance marketing metrics that correlate to business impact
• Training, Coaching and Mentoring various teams
• RFP / Presales Support
• Flagship account growth
• Building High Performance culture
• Experience in Handling a comparitively larger team, (20+members)
Key Skills Set / Requirements:
• 8+ years experience in SEO
• Proven track record building SEO
• Thorough understanding and hands on experience of online marketing, audience targeting/segmentation, Web Analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMRush, Mixpanel, Appsflyer etc.
• Detail-oriented, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
• Experience managing, coaching and developing people and teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit and drive
