Role Objective:
The role requires a detail-oriented, thorough and organized Sales and Customer Service professional to head the team managing resellers and traders and working on acquiring new customers through inside sales & cold calling methods, and in the process provide excellent customer service while driving revenue growth for the business unit.
Role Responsibilities :
• Planned and adhoc sourcing as per RFQs, Reseller and KAM team requirements
• Alignment with brands for long term sourcing strategy
• Ensuring price competitiveness of products sourced
• Understand the needs of customers to make real time strategy updates.
• Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls.
Qualification & Experience:
Work Experience:
(a) Minimum 5+ years of experience in Inside Sales/ Tele Sales role
(b) Experience of Interaction with brands
(c) Knowledge and experience in upselling or new customer acquisition through cold calling
Education:
• Graduation )
• MBA from a reputed institute
