Our client is looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner who will be responsible for Performance Management Systems, Employee relations & engagement, Attrition & exit management, HR Analytics etc.. Strategic HRBP who possesses diverse experience of partnering with stakeholders across levels and businesses – R&D, Business development, Engineering, Pre-sales, Consumer and Enterprise Sales.
Strong experience in technology side would be preferred. Hardcore HRBP experience with minimum 12 - 16 years experience from relevant organization.
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position.
• This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Minimum of 12 - 16 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
