Expertise:
• Book Closure, Accounting Discipline, System implementation, good knowledge of Indian taxation and MIS
• Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skill

• Vendor registration and reconciliation on periodic basis.
• Knowledge about Transfer pricing / export invoices
Brief Job description:
• Focus on getting all the parallel ERP’s integrated into financial statement,
• Ensure books are closed on time with appropriate controls and populate information as and when required.
• Should involve in Accounts & Tax, Treasury, and other members of finance and accounts who take care of designated work like AP, AR, Banking, Receivables and Sales accounting team etc.
• To ensure that all bank accounts and creditor ledger statements are regularly reviewed and reconciled.
• To oversee all GST matters, payments & compliances
• Submit the monthly P&L to management / Board / US teams by 10th of every month.
• Have analytical skill and should project the breakeven and overlook the business outcome on monthly basis.
• Liaison with local auditors as well as US auditors for SEC filings and MIS related to filings
Required & Preferred Skill Set:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or related field required (MBA preferred)
• 8+ years’ experience in a financial management position
• Proven strategic planning experience at the management level.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skill
• Excellent written and oral English language skill
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with the larger team.
• Administratively self-supporting
• Planning and Organizing skills
