As a Talent Acquisition Manager, your responsibilities will include:
1. Strategy & Planning:
Identifying and understanding talent requirements globally. Creating and maintaining a comprehensive manpower plan.Creating sustainable talent acquisition strategies and procedures. Preparing regular reports on key talent acquisition metrics for management review.Planning and leading employer referral programs.Implementing a campus / fresh graduate recruitment and development program with a view to groom young talent who can align with the company’s culture and be high performers.Evaluating and implementing an Applicant Tracking System.Recommending ways to improve employee retention in the company.Staying updated with the talent acquisition trends in the B2B tech sector in Asia.
2. Branding:
Creating and building a powerful employer brand. Prepare high quality collaterals which can be used for attracting talent and showcase the employee value proposition.
3. Sourcing:
Advertising jobs on various job boards across markets including Singapore, Malaysia,India and UAE, career pages, and social media platforms.
4. Screening:
Identifying prospective candidates and reviewing their applications. Conducting preliminary screening to evaluate potential candidates via email and calls.Designing and planning the selection process for each role, including recommendation on various assessments.Liaising with Line Managers to schedule interviews and coaching for effective interview guidelines. Maintaining a good and healthy relationship with potential candidates.

Salary: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
