Has experience working in volume hiring , typically around 1000-1500 hires per year
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
Excellent communicator
Well-organized , extensive experience working on data analysis tools and PPT’s
A leader and strategic thinkerProven experience as a talent acquisition manager, especially in the engineering services space with focus on embedded, automotive and digital services.
