Job Description Job Objective As an Individual Contributor in Talent Acquisition team for Natural Resources Vertical this position will be responsible for Talent Acquisition, Managing recruitment & onboarding through Taleo/ERP , Ensuring TA Assurance process, Employer Branding& Industry mapping . Roles and Responsibilities Roles & Responsibilities Understanding business in Natural Resources Vertical i.e. Mining, Bunkering and Integrated Coal Management and proactively identify and address hiring needs. Educating hiring managers about ABCF (Adani Behavioral Competency framework) and helping them to prepare job descriptions basis behavioral & Technical competencies. Managing entire TA process through Oracle Taleo from requisition creation to hiring candidate. Ensuring TA assurance process as per Group HR guidelines for every single offer processed. Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates. Promote diversity in the workplace and ensure recruiting strategies attract diverse candidates. Ensure and improve overall candidate experience. Maintain talent pipelines with potential candidates and past applicants for future staffing needs. Organize recruitment events to establish a strong employer brand. Participate in our company&rsquos strategic planning regarding employee development and engagement. Ensure proper onboarding and training for new hires. Technology and IT Enablement Oracle Taleo MS - Office KRAs with Outcomes ( Jobs which brings value to the organisation) Domain Keys Result Ares Outcomes Talent Acquisition Obtaining JD as per approved Org chart, Sourcing, screeing, shortlisting of profiles, Interview coordination, Procedural compliances. Streamlining recruitment & selection. Oracle Taleo Ensuring full fleged Taleo utilization from requisition to hiring.
