Manager- Talent Acquisition will have primary responsibilities for leading a talent acquisition team and develop strategies with the HR Business Partners and Business Unit Leaders to ensure talent pipelines are continuously being strengthened in order to support current and ongoing needs, as well as the future growth of the business.
Principal Duties Responsibilities
• Manages and oversees full life-cycle talent acquisition process and lead the staffing initiative.
• Building and executing a technology strategy that supports an effective and efficient recruiting process.
• Responsible for branding organization as a premium employer of choice in the market place.
• Responsible for recruiting Leadership level positions; including working with retained search firms.
• Builds partnerships with internal stakeholders to ensure clear recruitment solutions and strategies in alignment with the business needs.
• Develop and lead a team of talent acquisition professionals to meet departmental and company goals; deliver excellent customer service.
• Develop and executive best-in-class practices for the end-to-end candidate experience inclusive of sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting and on-boarding of new hires.
• Lead the recruitment technology platform strategy
• Consult with business leaders to initiate and develop in-depth and innovative talent acquisition strategies and plans to fill position vacancies or to provide guidance and subject matter expertise for future talent acquisition planning.
• Define, track and analyze talent acquisition metrics and develop practical tracking and reporting methods to monitor and improve performance.
• Oversee and manage the talent acquisition budget. Proactively control expenses, increase value, and promote highly effective recruiting practices ensuring effective and efficient use of resources.
