Job Description

We are proud to be partnering with this independent statutory authority who do critical work in the Victorian community to recruit a Manager of Talent & Capability. This is a newly created position reporting to the Director of People and Culture. Leading a team of four, you will drive Organisation Development and Talent Acquisition services including leadership development, management education, legal education, and compliance training. The role is focused on designing and delivering customised and evidence-based plans, programs and initiatives that ensure the organisation has the capability and culture to deliver its strategic objectives. The role also develops and leads diversity and inclusion and talent acquisition programs.

Key Requirements:
Demonstrated experience leading and lifting the maturity of an internal Organisation Development and Talent Acquisition service
Extensive experience in the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of diverse Talent Management, learning and development strategies and programs that leverage knowledge of the principles, theory and practice of adult learning and organisational development
Demonstrated experience developing and delivering a strategic diversity and inclusion plan and program of work
Experience developing an Employment Value Proposition and implementing contemporary recruitment and selection methodologies and processes
Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to lead and engage a team to deliver exceptional service
