Implementing Talent Management Strategy and Programs:
• Responsible for developing and implementing strategies, policies, and programs that align with business objectives and support talent acquisition, retention, and development.
• Support in creating Org Structures and Job Descriptions for all the roles within the organization in collaborations with the HR BPs.
• Defining the competency requirements for each of the roles and to also measure the competency levels at an Organization / Business Unit / Individual level Conduct Competency and Skills assessments for Sales and other functions across levels.
Performance Management Process:
• Deploy and oversee performance management processes and systems.
• Implement goal setting, Mid-term Evaluation, annual appraisal and feedback mechanisms.
• Work with managers to address performance issues and improve employee performance through successful completion of PIP programs.
• Succession Planning - Create and maintain a succession planning Pipeline for N-2 & N-3 Levels in collaboration with the HR BPs.
• Identify high-potential employees and develop career progression plans.
• Ensure a pipeline of talent for key positions within the organization.
Talent Management Technology:
• Stay updated on learning technology trends and utilize appropriate Talent management systems (TMS) or e-learning platforms.
• Manage and maintain the organization's TMS / PMS infrastructure through Success factors.
Coordinating with internal & external stakeholders:
• Partner with Business Leaders, Business Managers, Global HR Leadership Team, Regional HR functions and junior HRBPs to ensure smooth implementation of L& D programs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors.
• Team Development - Attend seminars, exhibitions, and training program to continuously update knowledge of the HR Business partners.
• Continuously hone up desired competencies for self and the Talent team to perform exceedingly well in the role
