Manager Taxation - JDA for a CPA for US accounting and Tax work - We are an associate of a 75-year-old firm of Chartered Accountants, having its offices in Delhi, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Raipur, with a branch office in UK. In addition to bouquet of services with regard to taxation, audit, company law, mergers acquisition, capital advisory and family offices, offered by the CA firm, we offer Virtual CFO services to several corporates and US and UK Accounting and tax filing services to our clients. We need the services of a highly experienced person based in India, to manage the team for US Accounting and tax services and to be responsible for US tax filing services. - The ideal candidate will be one holding a CPA (US) qualification, with suitable experience in the field. Preference will be given to candidates, holding requisite license from any state in the US with/ without tax filer credentials. He/ she will be responsible for supervising and managing the entire vertical of US accounting and tax services. The areas of work to be handled would encompass the following functions: TAX Filing: - Preparation and filing of Federal and State tax Returns for individuals and business entities. - Withholding Taxes - Filing of Annual Return with Secretary of State. - Preparation and submission of W2, 10++, 1042S, +41, UCT-6, FBAR Accounting: - Supervising entries in Quickbooks and other accounting software - Preparation of periodical financial statements and as per US GAAP. - Depreciation schedule and MIS. - Inter-company reconciliations and Transfer pricing issues. - Payroll accounting, Federal and State tax deposit Please submit your applications, to ___________, detailing the following factors: Qualifications: - Year of Qualification - Details of License for US Tax work - Tax filer Credentials - Experience- Number of years - Nature of wok handled - Type of Clients served - List of Accounting and Taxa software handled
