Designation: Lead – Total Rewards and Analytics
Job Location: Mumbai
Reports to: DVP and Head – Compensation and Benefits, HR Operations.
Responsibilities
• HR Analytics and Reporting – Attrition, HR Dashboards, fill rate, productivity, review presentations, etc.
• HRMS Administration, Automation and Data Management.
• Manage Compensation and Benefits activities, including incentive plans and payouts.
• Participate in the annual market salary benchmarking exercise and be responsible for validating and analysing the data.
• Budgeting and forecasting - Track HR costs on a monthly basis and evaluate gaps/areas of improvement.
• HR Policies and SOPs.
• Manage HR Analytics and Total Rewards for the company.
• Lead HR systems, process automations, data management and reporting.
Qualifications
• Good understanding of Total Rewards and Compensation-related activities
• Very Strong in advanced Excel and HR systems
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent Analytical skills and ability to derive meaningful insights from data
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work seamlessly across functions
