This role will be based in Noida. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

This is a tremendous opportunity for an experienced consultant in our growing Health & Benefits Consulting Group. We are looking for a consultant with strong leadership skills who works independently and has excellent client communication & management. In addition, this role will serve as a point of contact for our complex and sophisticated clients.
What you need to have :
• Graduate with 7+ years experience
• Familiarity with the US Healthcare system and claims processing
• Strong Project Management skills
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Data Management Skills Specializing in :
• Building data warehouses to normalize enhance and aggregate employer health care data specifically around Enrollment, Medical and Drug claims.
• Experience with Data Quality review and investigations :
• Financial reconciliation
• Validation of data accuracy and consistency
• Ability to identify potential data quality issues and raise risks to warehouse partner and vendor and work with teams to resolve and mitigate risks
• Ability to summarize a data quality issue and resulting downstream impact to the warehouse working with analytic team to caveat potential gaps in reporting
• Experience with implementation of data feeds into data warehouse
• Experience with analytic methodologies applied to the data (Episodes, Inpatient, Risk Scores, other industry standard methodologies)
• Ability to lead and drive investigations, providing oversight and direction on next steps
• Previous work with a data warehouse vender preferred but not required
• Help Desk Support
• Experience seeing a support ticket through the life cycle process :
• Triaging ticket appropriately
• Notifying impacted parties
• Status updates throughout investigation to appropriate parties
• Documentation and closure of ticket (resolution, caveat etc.)
