Inviting applications for the role of Manager-Change Management
As a Learning and Development Change Manager, you will play a critical role in the integration and adoption of the new state of the art ERP technologies through delivering world-class onboarding, training, and continuous learning to over 100K employees across the world.
Responsibilities
• Develops training strategies and materials, including specific OCM support for Business Process Transformation teams
• Creates engaging learning materials and activities that enhance project integration and adoption
• Defines, measures and monitors success metrics across all work streams delivering ongoing feedback to stakeholders on change progress
• Works backwards to define and deploy innovative change management approaches and methodologies
• Conducts impact analysis, assesses change readiness, and identifies key influential stakeholders
• Identifies risks, anticipates points of resistance, and develops specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns
• Tracks and reports issues from project inception through execution and project sustainment
• Collaborates closely with the project and business leaders to provide remediation and coaching services to all employees in need
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
• Knowledge of instructional design methodologies including but not limited to: ADDIE model, SAM, backward design, e-learning blueprint, design thinking, interactive learning experiences, and digital adoption platforms
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and multimedia principles
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, work independently, and meet strict deadlines
• Track record of being reliable, responsive, and client senior stakeholder centered
• Ability to distill complex information into clear, concise messaging; ability to write in a simple, direct, professional, and warm tone
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience using authoring tools, such as Captivate, Storyline, or Evolve to create sophisticated adaptive learning content
• Expert in MS Office and Google Applications
• Graphic design skills a plus Hands-on experience with image editing and digital sketching software, like Photoshop, InDesign and Adobe Illustrator a plus High degree of flexibility, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
