Strong IT skills MS Excel, ERP, SAP, Blackline, Oracle, Net Suite
• Competence and drive to lead and manage, large/mid-sized, complex clients to primarily deliver end
to end accounting outsourcing services of clients across various departments within the finance
domain viz., AP, AR, Financial Statement, Balance sheet management, Treasury management, R2R,
receivables and payables reconciliation, payroll management, financial reporting and consolidation,
Reconciliation of Bank statements Payment Applications, Inter-Company Reconciliation, etc.
• Experience of working with US clients on the following domain of AP, AR, R2R functions
• Strong communication skills
• Prepare monthly statements by collecting data analysing and investigating variances; summarizing
data, information, and trends.
• Responsible for understanding business operations, studying financial processes, identifying gaps
and implement practical, effective operational financial processes.
• Shall be responsible to manage portfolio of clients, guide team members for effective and efficient
client delivery, manage client relationships.
• Drive and passion to grow and mentor teams and provide value add solutions to clients.
• Monitor business updates and work closely with the Finance leads and team at client side in USA.
• Providing trends and forecasts, explaining processes and techniques; recommending actions.
• Monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to Management.

Salary: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
