We are into experiential marketing and looking for a Manager/Dep. Manager-Human Resource who will be actively involved in Talent Acquisition and HR operations
Location: Mumbai
Role:
• Recruitment – Actively involve in the process of recruitment, starting from sourcing of profiles through various sources/mapping/headhunting to ensuring timely closures while maintaining the TAT and cost-effectiveness while adhering to all recruitment protocols
• Onboarding - Ensure seamless onboarding, induction, and orientation of new joinees
• Employee Database/Software Management - Run the entire employee database and ensure timely updation of the system
• Employee Engagement – Drive employee engagement activities
• Exit Management – Ensure smooth transition of exiting employees while driving all exit formalities
Desired skills:
• Graduate/ Postgraduate with minimum of 5 years of HR experience and minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience
• People-oriented
• Proactive and result-oriented
• Knowledge of HR policies and processes
• Great interpersonal and organizational skills
