Place of work: BKC Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities:
'• Expand company's brand and EVP presence on different online employment sites viz-a-viz Indeed, glassdoor, Naukri, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter etc.
• To plan, oversee and establish company's social media presence through various medium via illustrated posts/Targeted Ad campaigns/blogs/articles/other mediums.
• To liaise with marketing team and external vendors to create posts and mediums to increase company brand visibility and awareness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for any projects related to Employer Branding contents and updates.
• Ensure smooth operation in sharing Internal Job Postings and Employee Referral/s email shared internally to all employees and liaising with recruiters.
• Generate and track brand analytics and impressions and share monthly brand report to the stakeholders/Head of Employer Branding.
• Ensure investment put on Employer Branding activities yield good results and add value
• Keeping contents updated on LinkedIn life page, glassdoor, Indeed and track the same
• Support in improving the source mix from job boards and related channels.
• Participate and be proactive with initiatives on employer branding and follow ups with different stakeholders.
• Check career website and ensure the data and content is updated.
Secondary Responsibilities:
'• Review and take necessary approvals from the Head of Employer Branding of IDFC FIRST Bank before posting it on social channels.
• Oversee that the company brand guideline has been followed before any posts goes live.
• Liaise with marketing design team to create formats and Templates for IJP/Employee Referrals/Walk in Drives/Hiring Drives etc and share with internal stakeholders
• Check Template standards and wordings on Internal communication on IJP/ER/walk in's etc before it releases to all employees.
• Look into employer branding trends/invigilate social media pages on complaint and ensuring social media escalations to be responded.
Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:
'Ensure the above employer branding initiatives are consistent by liaising with internal and external stakeholders and contributors.
Key Success Metrics:
• Monthly brand analytics report and generate month on month progress.
• Work on feedbacks and report overviews.
