Job Description The role holder will:
• Align Technology roadmap and HR plans support cross technology roadmap planning and regular Tech reviews
• Drive execution of Tech initiatives to realize agreed outcomes.
• Track project progress throughout the entire Software development lifecycle.
• Act as the voice of the customer / employee to drive employee engagement at the planning, designing and delivery stage of enterprise solutions.
• Implement capacity and performance management, analysis of the current technology landscape to detect gaps, deficiencies and recommend solutions.
- Build robust monitoring and reporting mechanisms to track adoption of HR systems / employee platforms

Employee Engagement app delivery; Putting a robust support structure in place; Adoption of employee platforms
