– Ensure accuracy and managing data quality at all times.
– Timely updation of HR System.
Requirements:
– MBA (HR)
– 5-10 yrs of experience in HR Operations
– Good knowledge and experience in handling Payroll, Joining and Exit Processes, etc.
– Knowledge of HR Systems / Processes
– Good Communication Skills
– Good Excel Skills
– Process Driven
– Result Focussed
– Eye for detail
– Ability to handle large data
