Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and energetic candidate for the position of Manager - Sales. The candidate should have good knowledge of the real estate industry along with a sales experience of 3-5 years.
Primary KRA's :
• Achieving targeted sales closures and generating customer walk-ins from the leads assigned.
• Timely lead servicing of leads assigned and close sales bookings with customers
• Proposes schemes to reduce slow moving inventory / facilitate fast movement of inventory
• Drive new sales through loyalty and reference network
• Respond to customer queries sent on mail within agreed timelines

• Aggressive, result oriented, self starter and with strong follow up
• Strong sales acumen with good sense and adaptation to organization culture
• Having knowledge of the Ghaziabad/ Noida Extension Real-Estate market
• Should be a Go Getter, Team Player and Target Oriented
