We are looking for a new colleague in the HR Department at our location in Hyderabad
Your tasks:
Leading project planning sessions & help drive meeting the demand fulfillment.
Work closely with the division leaders to keep them well informed of hiring status and also coordinate with the recruitment team members to achieve project milestone and hiring targets.
Would be responsible for overall End to End demand fulfilment for Engineering team
Agile methodology of working and should have strong Communication skills.
Acting as the point of contact among local leadership team, TA & HRBP for demand fulfillment.
Your profile:
MBA in Human Resources with 10+ years of experience.
Desirable - Exposure to Automotive Market/ Engineering R&D areas.
Interpersonal Skills, Stakeholder Management Skills, Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving Skills
Should be well-organized & have great Time Management and Analytical skills
Expert knowledge in MS Office
