Job Description
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Oversees HR transactions related to onboarding, transfers, reorganizations, new hires, terminations, employee verifications, and background check process.
Supervises job and personnel data changes and records pertaining to benefits, compensation, leaves of absence, retirement.
Directs the strategy to manage and maintain statistical reporting of internal management and external agencies as well as approves data and reports for compensation and benefit programs.
Liaises and works with other key functional areas, including payroll, compensation, benefits, HRIS, finance, legal and information technology teams.
Reviews the planning and investigation into lower level employee relations inquiring and performance coaching with Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs).
Communicates with professional leaders who specialize in a variety of shared services strategies and channels for how to best align business results within the organization.
