Job Description
Key Responsibilities and Duties
• Oversees HR transactions related to onboarding, transfers, reorganizations, new hires, terminations, employee verifications, and background check process.
• Supervises job and personnel data changes and records pertaining to benefits, compensation, leaves of absence, retirement.
• Directs the strategy to manage and maintain statistical reporting of internal management and external agencies as well as approves data and reports for compensation and benefit programs.
• Liaises and works with other key functional areas, including payroll, compensation, benefits, HRIS, finance, legal and information technology teams.
• Reviews the planning and investigation into lower level employee relations inquiring and performance coaching with Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs).
• Communicates with professional leaders who specialize in a variety of shared services strategies and channels for how to best align business results within the organization.
