Mandatory Requirements: Higher education (technical preferred — metallurgy, materials science, instrumentation, or mechanical engineering; economic/management education is a plus).
At least 7–10 years of managerial experience in manufacturing, with a minimum of 4–5 years as General Director / Executive Director / Managing Director of a manufacturing company.
Proven experience managing a production enterprise with 100+ employees in the metallurgical, instrumentation, or related high-tech manufacturing sector.
Deep knowledge of production processes for precision technical products, sensors, probes, or measuring instruments for extreme conditions (high-temperature metallurgy).
Successful track record in improving operational efficiency, reducing production costs, increasing output, and ensuring stable product quality.
Hands-on experience implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems, particularly ISO 9001.
Experience in managing investment projects, modernization of production lines, and technical re-equipment, especially for high-precision or specialized equipment.

Strong leadership skills with proven ability to build, develop, and motivate a high-performance top-management and engineering team.

Thorough knowledge of Indian labor legislation, occupational health and safety, industrial safety, and metrological requirements for measuring instruments.
Ability to work effectively under high responsibility in a technically complex and competitive international environment.
